Pre-steps(Important):
1. Before following the steps, ensure that the mp3 files have Title, Subtitle and Album names. See Post-steps for instructions to enter
Steps:
1. Connect your device to computer
2. Copy the mp3 file to 'Ringtones' folder(either in phone memory or SD card)
3. Go to WP Settings -> Personalization -> Ringtones+Sounds
4. Click on Ringtone, you should be able to see the copied mp3 files under 'Custom'
Post-steps:
1. If you had already copied the mp3 files to respective folder but still not able to see them under WP Settings -> Ringtones, copy them to a computer
2. Right click and open 'Properties'
3. Go to 'Details' tab
4. Enter values for Title, Subtitle and Album
5. Click Apply/Ok
6. Copy the files back to Windows Phone and follow the steps as mentioned in the 'Steps' section
