Some of the things you can do
1.
Compact your ost file – from
control panel - mail
2.
Move the windows search index to a
different drive – control panel – indexing options
3. You
can compress the C drive (provided you don’t have sql installed & you’re ok
with a really small perf issue)
4. Delete
system files – Disk clean-up tool , bottom left ‘System Files’ button
5. Turn-off hybernation
